Ok, so this looks bogus, but lets not forget the conflict of interest inherent in “the legitimate Impact Factor published by Thomson Reuters”.

Why do people never tell the names of the “good” journals “wrongly” in the list so others can evaluate for themselves?

Wow, I didn’t even know about that first one, International Scientific Indexing (ISI). The increasing amount of corruption in the realm of open-access journal publishing is just staggering. Thanks.

I wish I knew a good answer. For now, the only thing I can think of is to warn researchers about the questionable publishers and journals.

That journal is Environment and Natural Resources Research, published by the Canadian Center of Science and Education. This publisher is included on my list, so I recommend that you NOT submit papers to this journal.

Yes, I agree with Allion . Impact Factor is really not necessary for any Research Journal . This is a scam of Thomson Reuters .

That’s a [...] IIFS. Look I found one German based IF calculating entity at http://journal-index.org/. It looks a cool competitor of Scopus and Thomson Reuters. I investigated that this operation is actually performed by WORLD MEDIA GROUP, LLC, USA. As this group is a huge one like Reuters, so i hope it will bring fruitful results to the market of Impact Factors.

‘Methology’ is, obviously, the study of meth.

‘Evalutaion’ is ionized Evalut, a component of meth.

And for those lacking the Irony Detection Gene, I’m making this up.

few days back I checked site of DJQF, I was surprised by use of links given to various reputed organizations like Nobel prize forum and non Olympic sites as partner. But did not find any reference of DJQF on those sites.
