Which proves that their system of open access works. What would’ve been better to my mind is if someone wrote a good plainly worded rebuttal article. That would give us something we can cite to refute many commonly circulating misconceptions about HIV AIDS.
If anything I would wonder why not simply allow comments to appear below the article as they have the capacity to do?

i am not native english speaker, i have good ISI publications, english was not a problem, i send my articles to english editor before sending it to a jornal, so english is not justification of plagiarising.

I think you may be missing the point, Maria, I don’t think anybody is advocating having one’s research hidden away in a drawer. The consensus seems to be that it’s best to publish either in a good quality journal or through a reputable print-on-demand publisher.
