I recommend you forget about this one and write a new and better article and submit it to a strong journal.

This comment on OA is rejecting the future of publishing for authors. Publishing in print journals takes from 6-12 months and nobody reads the articles unless they have a subscription or access to a journal library. OA makes literature available to all and sundry. It is the author/researcher’s duty to thoroughly screen any journal for validity.

Not a single published paper or article in press but membership fees from $ 4000 to 20000. How dumb do they think scientists are.

But, before attending the conference they got copy right letter from me sir.
If you no longer own copyright on the article, you cannot submit it to a journal without the permission of the copyright holder. You also want to avoid submitting a paper to a journal that is already published earlier in another place.
Again, I recommend that you write a new article and submit it to a better journal.

I am counting on John Bohannon to submit several thousand articles and claim the devices!

I looked up the address on their website with a view to maybe going down there and having a look (I live in London)…but the address is just “Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB”, which covers a whole very large building/city block. I suppose I could use my phone to record a little documentary film about me wandering around Canary Wharf asking for directions to IORE International. :D
Comment on Questionable Subscription Publisher Acts Like a Predatory OA One by E.A.
I also received an e-mail to submit work on the Medical Research Archives by one Reni Koen, despite the fact that my area of interest is plant molecular biology. Indeed one of my published papers was mentioned in the e-mail by title. I thougt it looked suspicious, looked it up and found this notice.

Update: here’s a list of companies based in Canary Wharf (from the website of Canary Wharf Group PLC) whose names begin with I – http://canarywharf.com/offices/?letter=I
IORE International is conspicuous by its absence.

There is only one, and it is called Journal Citation Reports, and it is published by the company Thomson Reuters.

Comment on Guest Editing a Special Issue with MDPI: Evidences of Questionable Actions by the Publisher by Grim reaper
Alas, the only thing that these journals want to achieve is an impact factor, because this will keep the profts rolling with the gold OA model, especially from countries like China that remunerate their scientists in hard-core cash based on the IF score of the journal their paper is published in. So, well done (facetiously) MDPI. Materials just scored an IF score of 2.651:

Therefore, the scientific community MUST hold MDPI accountable for what it has drawn profit from. In your field of study, closely analyze papers post-publication to ensure that no errors exist. This is your duty to the community.

Well, that depends. I wonder if that includes free shipping from London to New Delhi?
