This journal is published by this publisher: International Institute for Science, Technology and Education (IISTE) (International Knowledge Sharing Platform)

The publisher is included on my list. As you found, they are dishonest and falsely claim to have an impact factor. I recommend against submitting papers to all this publisher’s journals.

It would be better to contact the Academic Editor who handled this paper, writing out your objections.
However, according to my personal experience the peer review procedure in Hindawi journals is stringent.

AJOL is out of scope for my work. It is an “aggregator,” that is, a website that brings together journals from many different publishers. Some of the journals are quite good, but many are predatory and should be avoided.

On the list, so I recommend that you avoid this one.

This journal is published by the AIRCC Publishing Corporation, a publisher that is included on my list <a href="https://scholarlyoa.com/publishers/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">here</a>. Please check the publishers to see if they are included on my list. I recommend that researchers <strong>not</strong> submit papers to all the journals from this publisher.

Based on my own personal experience, I have to say that reviewing process associated with manuscripts submitted to the Scientific World Journal is quite rigorous and comprehensive.

Although they charge authors, no easy acceptance is offered to any manuscript. Therefore, I do not think it is appropriate to cast shadow on the reputation of a journal merely by singling out a scientifically flawed article.

Examples of such articles can be found in any journal, which is usually the result of negligence or oversight made either by reviewers or editors. In instances like this, it might be the responsibility of readers to take necessary actions.

Given the history of this journal in terms of dealing with problematic published articles, I am pretty certain that if you communicate your concerns with the academic editor of the paper, he or she will pay attention to it and there is even the possibility of retracting the article from the journal if your points are found valid.

I’m sorry; I limit my work to identifying low-quality and predatory journals and publishers and do not compile any list of credible online journals. I recommend you speak to senior colleagues in your field and at your institution, an also read widely in your field to familiarize yourself with the top journals. Good luck.
