Hmm, Sawar is a busy man. The ansinet IP address, 209.238.2.121, has 17 domains attached to it. A whole host of journal and science related sites registered to Muhammad Sarwar.

What caught my eye was Sarwar’s theacecollege.com. The site is home to the Ace College for Women (established 2010). Their main campus is located at 310-Lasani Town, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan, the same address given by ANSI. Apparently, there’s also an Ace School System for younger children ranging from pre-school to pre-college. The registry data is blocked, but if you go back through the history, the site is noted as belonging to Sarwar, similar to Ace College:

I suppose you’re not a real player until you’re involved with the creation of a college.
The Ace School System has its own short Wikipedia page. According to their blurb, the school system is working under GM College Faisalabad & found at the same location as Ace (basically next door to the Ace school location).

According to GM College’s wikipedia page, they are a semi-private school that was established in 2010.

Their website is gmc.edu.pk. Surprisingly, I was able to search for their IP and registry data (.edu.pk sites aren’t always easy to find info on) and found that their IP hosts 10 different sites.

The other sites were fairly in line with what I expected. They included: scipub.us, scipubonline.com, sciencepublications.org, thescipub.net, and scholarsconvention.com (perhaps this was an early (and abandoned) attempt at conference hosting). I was unable to gain access to any records for one particular site, gmcpress.com, although I want to guess that the college attempted to open their own journal/press business.
In regards to the GM College site, they have a message from the chairman on the site. There is something odd about his photo. If you hold your cursor over the image, a description reading “Take the video tour on the ZOO!” pops up. It doesn’t link to an actual site. When I typed the link into google, my browser attempted to download what I’m guessing is a flash video for some kind of content application builder. Then, I read GM’s mission statement and it became obvious that their site was hijacked (an .edu site should really have better security), or else they have a very interesting mission. Please don’t click on any of those links, unless viruses are your thing–I actually cut off parts of the links, so they shouldn’t be clickable:
