Yes, this is a predatory journal. All the journals from MedCrave are predatory. Please do not send them any of your research papers.

Blacklist Disadvantages

Here are some of what I find to be the disadvantages of journal blacklists:

* They encourage researchers to seek the “easiest” journals not on the list, a disincentive to publishing in top journals (journal XYZ is not on Beall’s list! So it’s safe to publish tere…)
* They may not include borderline-quality “young” journals yet
* There are different blacklists and they do not all agree (i.e. I will never understand why Hindawi is NOT on yours, it is certainly on my personal one…)
* They regularly add or remove journals, affecting researchers who published in these journals
* When a further open access journal is added to a blacklist, the publisher is simply triggered to create a “new” publisher’s brand

–> I find most of your arguments arbitrary!

Dear dr Beall,

I received the following email from “International Archives of Medicine”:

———————————–
Registration as Reviewer with International Archives of Medicine

In light of your expertise, we have taken the liberty of registering your
name in the reviewer database for International Archives of Medicine. This
does not entail any form of commitment on your part, but simply enables us
to approach you with a submission to possibly review. On being invited to
review, you will have an opportunity to see the title and abstract of the
paper in question, and you’ll always be in a position to accept or decline
the invitation. You can also ask at any point to have your name removed from
this reviewer list.

We are providing you with a username and password, which is used in all
interactions with the journal through its website. You may wish, for
example, to update your profile, including your reviewing interests.

Thank you,
Ricardo Correa Márquez

Did you find anything out about Horizon Research Publishing? I just received a solicitation from them today . . . Universal Journal of Psychology.

I advise you to delete and ignore this solicitation. It is from a completely bogus journal.
I cannot give legal advice.

Horizon is on my list. I recommend that you not send any papers to its journals.

Another fake Dr. and Conference Coordinator (URL: https://web.facebook.com/rind143?ref=br_rs). The person Aneel Khan (Some time he signs on the acceptance letter by showing that he is a Dr. Aneel Khan). Now he is going to organize International Conference on Emerging Trends in Business, Economics and Management. The conference will be held on 15, 16 October 2016 at Majestic Hotel Tower Dubai, UAE. URL: http://www.arpgweb.com/?ic=conference&id=2). He does not know the meaning of what is research? But he is evaluating the abstract submissions for the conference, the abstract submission e-mail address, i.e. conference@arpgweb.com.By google search you will not find his single research paper publication. Now the question is that how we control such cheaters.

Your blog is looking like a very cheap quality. I am surprised, how your university has offered you an Associate Professor position. You are looking like a Tutor.

This site claims that Remedy Publications was registered in India on 11/11/2014. However, the CA business was not registered until 1/11/2016. Also, the Remedy websites were not registered until a year or so later:

Remedyoa.com: 13/11/15
Jclinicalcasesandimaging.com: 13/11/15
Clinicsinonocology.com: 13/11/15
Clinicsinsurgery.com: 13/11/15
Annacaserep.com: 29/01/16
Remedyopenaccess.org: 12/04/16
Remedypublications.com 09/05/16

I find it difficult to believe that they were inactive for one full year before the sites listed above were established. I wonder if there is an earlier site that has been lost? Or if there was some change in the business structure?
