Another title from this publisher is Biomedical Genetics and Genomics. The editor-in-chief is the outstanding (sarcasm) Hieronim Jakubowski.

The journal <em>Library Philosophy and Practice</em> is not considered a predatory journal at this time. It is probably the least-selective library journal, however. Getting published in this journal is not much of an accomplishment.

I am not fully able to analyze this publisher at this time. There is a language barrier. It does not appear to be a high-quality publisher.

Today I was looking for an article in the journal Proteomics – Clinical Applications. In searching I discovered there is an OMICS web-page by that name: https://www.omicsonline.org/scholarly/proteomics-clinical-applications-journals-articles-ppts-list.php
But the journal I was actually looking for is published by Wiley and Sons, indexed by NLM and has an impact factor of 3: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/(ISSN)1862-8354 It is getting harder with each passing year to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I am reviewing one of Academicjournals, Educational Research and Review. Is it worth contributing with?

Yes, I have this journal's publisher, MECS (Modern Education and Computer Science Press), included on my publisher list <a href="https://scholarlyoa.com/publishers/" target="_blank">here</a>. I recommend avoiding all journals from this publisher, including the one you list.
