Hello from Istanbul, Turkey. I am trying to be a devout follower to open access spirit, and I see that there are hundreds of sinister people, spoiling the cause and giving people a terrible first impression. These journals should, I believe, be discouraged heavily by scholars. I have translated your opinions about the 2013 list with two lists into Turkish and will try to inform the people in the scientific arena in Turkey.
