The above link to what ‘BMC states’ led me to COPE (http://publicationethics.org/), I found lot of useful stuff including its dealing with cases of unethical practices. I was unaware of COPE until this post. Curiosity led me to its members where I saw many distinguished journals enrolled. I chose country-wise listing and the link to ‘India’ led me to a small list where I could pick “Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences (JPBMS), which is listed here. JPBMS finding a place alongside good ones and at the same time in company with predators! Is the ‘physics’ behind this simple? May I request your comments on this.
