That journal is published by Sophia Publishing Group Inc., and this publisher is NOT on my list. I think this journal is okay, and it's nice to see a specialized journal like this. I think it's better to have a journal like this one than to have a journal title such as the <em>Journal of Plant Science Research</em>.
