Firstly, I think we are getting off the topic of Appeals here and we can’t expect Jeffrey Beale to check out every journal and conference on the planet for our benefit.
That said, I did attend the ICE conference in 2013 and quality-wise it was top class as one might expect from an event running for many years and with high calibre affiliations and organizers.
