Dear AlexH, thanks for your comments and we admire you for hitting the right point. We have recently discontinued the use of Viper not because it was illegal for us (we had special terms and condition with this UK based software) but because we found it not suitable for our purposes. Mainly because, when we compared the results of Viper with Turnitin and iThenticate, we found it is poor in detecting matched text and linking to original sources which most of the time require manual execution. We will be updating information about to whom we will be confirming our next deal.
Thanks, once again, for your comment and we will be looking forward to have your more constructive feedback either at this forum or at journals@smithandfranklin.com
