Absolutely, Dirk. Well said. Jeff Beall’s intentions are good and I think he lacks time and required resources to accomplish what you have asked for. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with the authors. Before submission, they should have researched the journal and its credibility etc. In a way these journals are emerging to feed predatory authors who is compelled to publish either to finish their PhDs or get their promotions and as the nature does with time the quality stands out.
