As far as I know, that is not true.
These two organizations preserve scholarly content: <a href="http://www.lockss.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">LOCKSS </a>and <a href="http://www.clockss.org/clockss/Home" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">CLOCKSS</a>> Few if any of the predatory publishers / journals are members of these organizations.
