Comment on Criteria for Determining Predatory Open-Access Publishers (2nd edition) by Jeffrey Beall

One list is for publishers, and one list is for standalone journals (a single journal that publishes by itself, not under a publisher).
The purpose of the lists is to help scholarly authors avoid being ripped off by the publishers, but I don’t want to apply the term predatory to all of them.
