Comment on Beall’s List of Predatory Publishers 2013 by Jeffrey Beall

I use these <a href="http://wp.me/p280Ch-g5" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">criteria </a>to decide which publishers / journals to add to the list. I do have a publisher called World Academic Publishing on my list.
