Your report is severely mistaken. Instead of the torrent of hysteria above I actually tried to download a few papers. If you select any article published in this journal and click on “Abstract”, you see a button to download the paper So why is there an option to pay hundreds of dollars for a download? Beats me, but I think there are people dumb enough to do that.
