There is an appeal process in place. Most of the publishers are on the list because they are deceptive, lack transparency in their operations, or do not adhere to established scholarly publishing standards. I do not provide consulting services to publishers; it is their responsibility to know how to operate a professional, transparent, and standards-adhering operation. Most of the publishers on my list aim to make easy money by ripping off researchers. I invite you to analyze them yourself.
