[...] We would like to point out that PAGEPress was listed in the “watch list” (meaning not listed as a sure Predatory publisher as Bell says “we do not consider the following publishers to be predatory, open-access publishers, but they may show some characteristics of them, and we are closely monitoring them”) in 2012.
