I am now a Doctor… cool, I didn’t even finish my Bachelor’s and although I majored in biology, I never studied cetaceans!
Here is the message I received twice today (2/6/2014). Too bad scammers hook people into believing this garbage.

Big publishers also have Open Access journals, let me know why Procedia – Social and Behavioral Sciences published by Elsevier is not in your list? their papers are very poor and low quality..

I tried to join the international innovation website and download one of the OA magazines, most of them will not download

I recommend against publishing with IBIMA. It’s a one-man operation that uses a UPS store as its main address. It is not a member of OASPA. Publishers should be transparent; this publisher is not.

Who are you? What’s your real name? Why do you threaten me? I have not misused my freedom of speech, and you seem to have a very shallow understanding of things other than threats. How childish.

It is a respected society publisher.

African Journals Online (AJOL) is not a publisher; it is an aggregator. As such, it is not eligible for my list. I do agree that much of what it aggregates is of very low quality.
