People have asked me to be nicer and more objective. I am trying to take their advice. I do have this publisher on my list (just added it after realizing I had forgotten to place it after writing the blog post). If any scholar is considering submitting a article to this publisher or serving on one of their editorial boards, I recommend that they find a better publisher.
