We have contacted researchers in our institution who have published with these publishers/journals or who have submitted papers already to alert them to the fact that they should be cautious and maybe consider alternative journals/publishers. Some react quite strongly as you may expect. Is it correct that in fact publishers who find themselves on the list can send you a mail and ask what issues are incorrect in their specific case so that they can remedy these and be removed from the list?
